Ordering/Payment 

What currency does your site use?

    • All charges are made in USD currency. 
What is the status of my order?
    • You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.
    • Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back-ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

When will my order ship?

    • Most orders will take about 2-5 business days to ship from our DMV warehouse/fulfillment office(s). If you need your item(s) sooner you can choose an expedited shipping method for an additional cost at checkout. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
    • Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut-off time of 12 PM EST. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery. Gloria and Diana is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    • Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes. If you need to cancel your order you can cancel until 12PM EST the following business day. To cancel within this timeframe, email us and include your order number in your request. If you decide against your purchase after the allotted timeframe, the order will be shipped to you and you’ll send it back as a normal return if eligible.

Our Return Policy: 

  • The items must be unused, unworn, fitted with the original tags and packaging and with no markings or any type of damage.Items must be returned in the condition they were received in otherwise refunds & exchanges cannot be enforced.
  • All returns must be shipped within 14 days of being received. Please use a tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only refund/exchange for goods we receive that fit our terms.
  • Sale items: can be exchanged or refunded via store credit only, if they meet our terms and conditions.

Behind Our Name

  • Gloria and Diana, the namesakes of our brand, embody the essence of love, strength, and resilience. Our founder pays homage to her mother, Diana (left), and grandmother, Gloria (right), two remarkable Puerto Rican women of color hailing from both PR and NYC. These extraordinary women, with hearts of gold, symbolize beauty, strength, spirituality, and boundless generosity.

  • Diana and Gloria, with hands that create magic and hearts that radiate warmth, are more than just family; they are the inspirations behind G&D. Their love language is crafted in the art of food, a tradition passed down through generations. These resilient women, true warriors in every sense, stand as the driving force behind the name and spirit of our brand.

Founder & One Women Show

Kianna, the force behind Gloria and Diana, is a visionary founder and a one-woman team. As the face of the brand, she embodies all that Gloria and Diana stand for. A proud queer Afro Latina woman of color, Kianna hails from the vibrant streets of NYC, where she was raised in a bustling Hispanic household dominated by powerful women unafraid to be themselves.

Inspired by her upbringing and fueled by her own journey, Kianna recognized the transformative power of self-expression. Through her social platforms, she effortlessly influences many simply by embracing her authentic self. Her mission? To create a movement where women can boldly and unapologetically embrace who they are, starting with what they wear.
